Come one, come all to William Tell Memorial Training Tournament. An opportunity for young and old, first timer to sharpshooter, to try target archery or combat archery. Opportunities will be available to try out the joys that archery can bring including children’s activities.
Format of this day will be:
– Target Archery
– Combat Archery.
– Childrens Archery/Activities.
– There will also be a pot-luck lunch.
Timetable:
11:00 – 12:00 setup
12:00 – 13:30 William Tell archery competition (shooting opponents apple off head)
12:00 – 13:30 Kids bobbing for apples competition
13:30 – 17:00 target archery (including childrens target)
13:30 – 17:00 combat archery practice
Court (15:30)
***WHAT TO BRING***
– Some food to share for potluck (to feed about 6-8 serves)
– Archery Gear, if you wish to bring yours along.
– Games, activities, music
Additional details:
– Garb (Medieval loaner costume is available to loan for the day on request)
– Arrow mesh for combat archery will be available at 15$ per square foot
– Loaner armour can be made available upon request (please notify event steward by 23rd of June)

$5 for adult members
$3 for children 5-18
children under 5 free
+ $5 to all non members (adult and child)
