Great populace, we plan on having a celebration.
You are invited on the 14-15th of September to come and celebrate with The Barony of Krae Glas the Joy and things we love of the SCA.
So save the date.
We are having a weekend of fun, joy and celebration as we run tournaments, feasts, dancing, singing, competitions and so much more.
And the theme is Joy! What does that mean? You ask.
“Show us what brings you joy in the SCA.“
So throw on your best outfit. Bring the things that give you joy. It could be your favourite dish, your favourite outfit or just sending a thoughtful message to express how great the SCA is.
The Royals are attending. And we hear they like some shenanigans. Please also remember to think about those people you know who may need recognition of the service, or skills they have shown.
Prices for September 14th:
- Adult (Tournament Only): $20.00
- Adult (Full Event): $60.00
- Child (5-17 years, Tournament Only): $15.00
- Child (5-17 years, Full Event): $30.00
- Child (Under 5 years, Full Event): Free
Note for Non-Members: Please add $10 per adult and $5 per minor to the above prices for insurance coverage.
Timetable for September 14th:
- 9:00 AM: Venue opens for set-up
- 11:00 AM: Event begins – Open for attendees
- 11:30 AM: Court session
- 11:45 AM: Fencing inspections
- 12:00 PM: Fencing activities
- 1:30 – 2:30 PM: Lunch break
- 2:00 – 3:30 PM: Heavy combat
- 5:00 PM: Hall reopens
- 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 6:30 PM: Court session and choral performances
- 8:00 PM: Dessert and dancing
- 10:00 PM: Event closing and clean-up
- 11:00 PM: Hall closure
