I am currently seeking assistance. During the Months of June and July I will be wayfaring to the Kingdom of Ealdormere. As such I will be unable to write an account of our Fair Barony in that time.
 
I am hoping that someone would act as my deputy and collect the information needed to continue to inform the populace of our goings on. 

If you do not feel you could write a whole article, but are very adapt at collecting facts, then  that is agreeable.  Any information collected shall be added to the July Chronicle, upon my return.

At this point, there will be no June Chronicle.

However, may I now present the April Edition of The Blue Strand.

Welcome to the March edition of The Blue Strand.  What a full month it has been!  With another exciting round of the Summer Twilight
Tournament Series, a new Baronial Award and- of course – Mini Moot, it has been a great month in our fair barony.
 
Festival also took place and by all reports was as much fun.  Our own Baron and Baroness way faired there and send their greetings to all who stayed behind.
 
I must apologise for the tardiness of this issue.  April 1st made a slight fool of me, by sneaking into the Easter break. However, as Mini Moot was mostly in March it had to go into this issue.

We have some very special writers this month.  Nicolette Dufay has given us an account of Border War, including some beautiful pictures.  Martyn Fairchild has given us an account of the first Krae Glas War Muster.  

Along with the many activities and minutiae this chronicle is quite full.  There is always room for more though, and if you have

Greetings Good gentles,

January was a very special month in Krae Glas. We played host to the very auspicious 12th night coronation of King Felix and Queen Eva. Many people commented on how lovely the halls looked.
The weekends courts were peppered with awards and offerings.

In between courts many activities were enjoyed, including heavy fighting, rapier and market stalls. The event was very successful.
After this event our own Baron Cormac and Baroness Elspeth embarked on a tour of their lands. Which reportedly went well.

Unfortunately this meant they missed they next round of the twilight tournament. It was a unique event, with the heavies mounted on an elephant and giraffe. It was most entertaining to watch.

Greetings Good Gentles,

I am delighted to tell you that we have a very special writer this month.  Baron Cormac has kindly submitted an article on November Crown.  It is quite an entertaining read. 
 
With that in mind, if anyone would like to submit something for the Blue Strand, please do so.  It can be a few lines about an event you attended, or your favourite recipe. 
Perhaps you found some historical references that the known world would be richer for knowing. 

It does not even have to be an article.  Perhaps you captured that perfect picture of the final round of a tournament, or saw some younglings doing some impressive stuff. Whatever your
entry may be, feel free to send it in.

Greeting good gentles,
What a wonderful event Great Southern Gathering was. All who were there said how relaxing and enjoyable the atmosphere was. It was also a great opportunity to learn new skills or teach something to the many
willing students.

While the weather was forecast for quite a lot of rain and rather gloomy besides, the worst of it seemed to pass us by and did not impinge on our enjoyment in any serious way.

Personally I’d like to thank the
organisers of the Event.
Particularly Don Everard Sefar and Lady Arganhell merch Briauc. It was quite a wonderful weekend.

Can you believe it has been a year already? Both for Krae Glas being a barony and for myself writing this chronicle. What a wonderful year it has been. It has been filled with adventures, arts and sciences and food, wonderful food. Our own celebration showed some great examples for these things.

Greeting Good Gentles,

Welcome to the June and July edition of The Blue Strand. I hope this finds you well, and keeping warm in this weather. My scribe had issues last month, so I have been required to combine both months together. I can assure you, all is well now though and as proof bring you new of our borders.

Although it is cold and wet outside the adventures the Barony have had have been quite wonderful. The Rapier Tournament alone is becoming an event not to miss. Its conclusion at our Baronial Anniversary will be an exciting one.

There were those who were brave enough to wayfare to Bryn-a-mor, even in this weather. I am told that Bryn-a-mor turned out it’s best weather as a welcome to all those who came.
